What to do about bullying in the workplace

I think they should investigate and see if
they are hearing it from other staff members, especially anyone who works with the same
person who is being a bully and if they find out that’s the case then they should intervene
with hat staff member. Then they should look at the rest of their organization. There is
a way to survey the organization and find out how the staff is feeling in general. If
they find that they have a problem they should make sure they have an up-to-date bullying
policy and that it has been communicated. They should make sure they have an open door
policy and if they think it’s a deeper problem than that, they should bring in outside resources
to train managers and employees on exactly what bullying is and the way they should deal
with it.
