Employee Rights Now

The American workplace is changing but
our basic labor law hasn’t been updated since the 1940’s. The Employee Rights Act
would update American labor law for the 21st century. By requiring the secret
ballot in union elections, guaranteeing employee privacy and protecting
employees from having to support politicians they don’t like. Employees
today are being taken for granted by union bosses who spent hundreds of
millions of dollars in member dues on left-wing political campaigns—who care
more about staying in power than serving their members. That’s why over 100
members of Congress have agreed to support the Employee Rights Act. The
Employee Rights Act is supported by large majorities of Democrats,
Republicans, Independents, union members fed up with the status quo. Our labor
laws were written for the 20th century and Americans want change. Do you?
